About us

Vision

Our vision is to work in collaboration with neighborhood residents and other programs and agencies to create a continuum of supportive services and activities to bolster a youth’s success in school and life, with the activities focusing on the most at-risk youths 14 to 18 years of age.

There will be an Urban Ranger Troop (consisting of four Work Teams of Urban Rangers) providing work experience training and community service opportunities in every inner-Kansas City neighborhood.

All Urban Rangers will have and will be assisted in the implementation of their Individual Career Plans.
