About us

Vision

Our vision is that:

• The Individual Career Planning process will in some way be incorporated into the processes of Kansas City high schools.
• Urban Rangers graduating from high school routinely flow steadily into businesses, pre-apprenticeship programs,
  technical schools/programs and college.
• There will be an Urban Ranger Troop in all inner-city neighborhoods.
• As the number of Urban Ranger troops expands there will be a significant reduction in youth violence and crime.
• Urban Rangers will develop a sense of self-worth, healthy living and giving back to the community through volunteerism.
• The Urban Ranger Corps will be cooperating and planning closely with other youth serving organizations and
   Kansas City high schools.
